夏令时节省下来的能源成本与因为夏令时增加的其他行业的运营成本相比到底如何？特别是在能源用途复杂，照明用能源比例下降的现在。我还没有切身经历过夏令时，暂时认为天朝只改作息表不改时间是个更好的解决方案。
